Our bestselling electrolyte powder, with Maltodextrin, Trisodium Citrate, Magnesium Malate, and Tripotassium Citrate Monohydrate. 

Performance Hydration is an essential part of any athlete’s daily stack, supporting muscle function, fluid & electrolyte balance, and maintaining a state of hydration.

We included it in our travel pack because we believe hydration to be a key consideration for general health as well as performance, whether at home, or on the road.

Creatine Monohydrate 

Creatine Monohydrate is one of the most researched sports supplements on the market, supporting athletic performance and muscle growth. 

Due to its nature of having to be ‘saturated’ in the muscle to be effective, creatine supplementation whilst you travel is a factor you need to consider. 

We included creatine in our travel pack for this exact reason; whether you’re planning on training or not whilst you’re away, you should continue taking creatine in order to maintain saturation for the time you’re gone and the following days/weeks. 

Whey Protein
