Is it okay to use more than one scoop?
It is completely fine to use more than one scoop per day. Marchon Performance Hydrarion was designed to be used as a daily supplement with the optimal dose being 1-3 scoops.Research shows peoples sweat rates can vary widely so if you have a high sweat rate and train frequently then you may require 2-3 doses. However start with 1 scoop and slowly increase over time based on your requirements.

My multivitamin also contains some of the electrolytes in MARCHON™ Performance Hydration Electrolyte Powder, am I okay to take both?
Most multivitamins only contain small amounts of electrolytes, and usually these are pretty poorly absorbed in a tablet form. Taking electrolytes and a multivitamin is completely fine to do.
When to take
The ideal time to take performance hydration is in the 30 minutes pre training session. The reason for this is to ensure you are not starting your session dehydrated which can harm your training.
If your training session has been extremely sweaty then you may want to take it post training.
You can also take the product first thing in the morning to help improve overall hydration.
